Former custodian accused of stealing computers from Greystone
MORRISTOWN — A former custodian and housekeeper at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital in Parsippany was indicted today on charges of official misconduct and theft for allegedly stealing computers and monitors.
Henry Campbell, 36, of Morris Township stole 10 laptops, one desktop and two monitors from the hospital, according to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.
The thefts occurred between January 2010 and Aug. 28, 2012, according to the indictment handed up by a Morris County grand jury.
Campbell was a state employee working for the Department of Health and Human Services, the indictment said.
Campbell is considered a fugitive and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with a previous drug case, authorities said.
Campbell was indicted in 2012 on a first-degree charge of operating a marijuana production facility, according to court records. He is also accused of distributing illegal drugs within 500 feet of public housing.
