University of Central Florida Police arrested three people Saturday on charges they stole $100,000 worth of computers from the school's Teaching Academy.
A staff member had called the UCF Police Department after watching three people take the computers from a university building's fourth floor about 7:45 p.m., said UCF police Sgt. Troy Williamson.
The suspects -- Bret Thomas Warren, 23, of Maitland; Heather Marie Cribben, 19, of Viera; and James Fitzgerald, 21, of North Andover, Mass. -- face charges of burglary of an occupied structure and grand theft.
The suspects are not UCF students. Williamson said the computer equipment was being carried out in a large 'Florida Gators' duffel bag."
