MISSISSIPPI UPDATE ON COMPUTERS STOLEN FROM CHILD ABUSE CENTER FOR PREVENTIONWLOX-TV - The News for South Mississippi: Computers, Gifts Stolen From Child Abuse Prevention CenterGulfport Police are investigating an early morning break-in at the Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.

Investigators say the building was burglarized sometime around 3 a.m. According to the center's director, those responsible took off with about seven computers, scanners and printers.

Gift bags for a children's event scheduled for this weekend were also stolen. Donations can be made to the center by calling (228) 868-8686.
