NORWALK -- Police seized 10 computers Thursday from a home at 9 South St., which they believe were stolen from Brien McMahon High School and Norwalk High School. A mother of a 15-year-old boy called police at 10:02 p.m. reporting that she found the computers in the basement of her home, believing her son was storing them there, police said. Police turned on some of the computers, which had screen savers reportedly indicating they were from Brien McMahon High School. But police suspect some computers may also be from Norwalk High School. 'At this point they appear to be the property of the Norwalk public school system,' said police spokesman Lt. Peter Randall. 'It's still under investigation by our detective bureau. They have some suspects in this case.' At this point, it has not been determined whether the computers are stolen, Randall said. But tags on the computers identify them as being property of the Norwalk public school system, police said. Randall said the boy, who is a juvenile, has cooperated with police. -- Lee Higgins"
