Charges are pending against three men accused of storing stolen computer equipment valued between $25,000 to $39,000 in a bedroom of their two-story Dayton home, Fairborn police Detective Lee Cyr said Tuesday.

Dayton police arrested a 20-year-old and two 19-year-olds around

1:20 a.m. for receiving stolen property, according to a Dayton police report.

All three were released Tuesday from Montgomery County Jail.

They each admitted that they knew the computers had been stolen, Dayton police reports said.

Eleven laptop computers and 10 desktop computers stolen Aug. 13 from the Lion Uniform Group were among the items recovered from the men's two-bedroom home in the 100 block of Medford Street, Cyr said.

Police also found scanners, printers and phone equipment used for teleconferencing, he said.

One of the men went to police after learning of media reports on the theft, Cyr said.

Police continue to look for the people who stole the equipment from the uniform supplier, the detective said.

Jeanna Peifer, Lion Uniform's vice president of sales and merchandising, said the company was moving from Vandalia to 1202 E. Yellow Springs Road when the computer equipment was taken.

"We are just pleased to have it back," she said.

Cyr said the suspects used some of the equipment, but other items were still packed.

The stolen property was listed as:

Four Dell desktop computers, four Dell laptop computers, one Dell computer keyboard, one Dell computer case, an Epson Computer Photo printer, three HP desktop computers, two Macintosh desktop computers, one Orbit speaker, one Polycom telephone router and one Power Macintosh desk top computer, according to Dayton police.
