At approx. 1:50 PM yesterday afternoon City Police arrested two youths and charged them with Breaching an Undertaking by associating and communicating with each other.
This incident took place on Queen St. East.
As a result of their arrests the youths were taken to the police station to be processed. While at the station officers received a call to attend at the residence of one of the youths regards possible stolen property.
Through investigation officers were able to determine that one of the youths had property stolen from Sir James Dunn High School. The stolen property is described as three computer towers and four musical instruments.
As a result of this investigation one youth was charged with breaching an undertaking and will be appearing in Bail Court today at 10:00 AM. The second youth is charged with two counts of Theft Under $ 5,000, two counts of Possession of Stolen Property and one Breach of Undertaking and will be appearing in Bail Court at 10:00 AM today"
