FAYETTEVILLE -- Everything from four cases of Mountain Dew to computers were stolen on the University of Arkansas campus during the fall semester.Items were taken from cars, residence halls, campus buildings, sorority and fraternity houses and athletic complexes. The thefts appeared to be random.
Items were taken from cars, residence halls, campus buildings, sorority and fraternity houses and athletic complexes. The thefts appeared to be random.From August to November, 79 thefts were reported, Lt. Gary Crain of the university's Police Department said. The value of the stolen property is $91,381. During the same time in 2004, 72 thefts were reported, and the value of the stolen goods was $66,899
