Computer equipment damaged, stolen in burglary

Twelve thousand dollars in stolen or damaged property was reported to Des Moines police this morning by employees of CNS Graphics, 1610 E. Madison Ave.

Burglars broke in some time prior to 2:25 a.m., through the front door. Police were dispatched to the business by an alarm company.

The intruders were gone by the time police arrived.

Among the damaged property were two printers valued at $3,000. A computer, 19-inch monitor and an external hard drive were among the missing items.
