November 22
Four ASU basketball players filed the largest theft report this semester. The four victims, Adrian Banks, Kewain Gant, Orlando Henderson, and Ashton Farmer reported that nearly all of their valuable belongings were stolen from their residence in the Collegiate Park Apartments while they were playing in a basketball game in Memphis. Several items including four laptop computers, four digital cameras, four iPods, four video game consoles with several games and controllers, three video cameras, two Webcams, an external DVD burner, Portable DVD Player, stereo system, most of their valuable clothes, all of their textbooks and $300 in cash were missing from their apartment. There were no signs of forced entry. The stolen items are valued at more than $9,200.
November 26
A resident of the Indian Village Apartments reported that her boyfriend assaulted her and took her property without her permission. According to the victim, she was getting ready to leave her apartment and was holding her two year old daughter in her arms when her boyfriend chocked her and struck her in the face with his fist causing swelling and cuts to her lips and facial area. The victim stated that her boyfriend took her Dell computer, cell phone, debit card and keys to the apartment and forced her to enter the car and leave campus with him.
