INDIANA COMPUTERS STOLEN FROM BUSINESS The Courts burglarized

The Porter County Sheriff’s Police is investigating the burglary of The Courts at 127 E. U.S. Highway 6 in Liberty Township.

According to police, sometime between 9:45 p.m. Sunday and 7:50 a.m. Monday someone smashed the front glass door, entered the building, ransacked it, and then removed numerous items: five Dell computer towers with software, four Dell flat screen computer monitors, a custom-built computer tower with monitor, a Cannon Rebel digital camera, a 500-pound safe, a couple of chairs, an assortment of candy, a television cart, and cash.

The owner advised police that this is the second time in two weeks his business has been burglarized and that he had only replaced the computers stolen in that burglary on Friday.

Police estimated total loss and damage at $17,355.
