Superior Avenue, 1400 block:commercial burglary, Dec. 15. An unknown suspect entered a car wash at 76 Gas Station, cut wires and took out computer equipment from inside but left the equipment, which was valued at $2,000, lying on the ground 15 feet away. Estimated damage: $500.

Canal Street, 400 block:vehicle burglary, Dec. 14. Eyeglasses, kids' toys and Ugg boots were stolen from a locked vehicle. Estimated loss: $200,770.

Hoag Road:commercial burglary, Dec. 13. A laptop computer was stolen from a locked office at Hoag Hospital. Estimated loss: $1,600.
