Police: Teens Burglarized Elementary School

PHOENIX -- Police arrested three teens on charges of burglary, theft and aggravated criminal damage Sunday evening, authorities said.Brian Peralta, 15; Angel Elenes, 14; and Angel Antonio Armas, 16, stole several laptop computers and other electronic equipment from Gateway Elementary School in Phoenix, police said.
The trio also broke cabinets, smashed monitors and destroyed computer cards, authorities said.
They were arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop and found several laptop computers belonging to the school district, police said.
The investigation led police to a Motel 6, where they found Peralta, Elenes and Armas as well as other items stolen from the elementary school, authorities said.
