Stolen goods found at alleged drug house
12th September 2008, 7:30 WSTJoondalup tactical investigation group officers charged a 37-year-old man with drug and other offences after they executed a search warrant at a Clermont Gardens home on Wednesday.
Calls from the public to police alerted officers that stolen property might have been exchanged for drugs.
Dog squad officers helped with the search and uncovered many plasma televisions, five lap top computers, stereo and home theatre systems, jewellery, mobile phones and garden equipment.
Video cameras, scuba diving equipment and coin collections and a Holden Commodore, stripped of its parts which was stolen almost six months ago, were also found.
Methylamphetamine, scales, drug equipment and $2000 cash was also discovered.
The man is expected to face further charges after police finish their investigations.
He is due to appear in the Joondalup Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
