Authorities have been looking about a week for a man who was captured on video stealing electronic equipment from Rock Creek Elementary School.
A security camera shows a medium-built man with a goatee and gloves drinking from a water fountain, then pushing a utility cart with items including a computer monitor past a rest-room door.
