Man reports items stolen from home

A man reported several items, including a flat-screen television and a computer, were stolen from his home Thursday, Aug. 6.

According to a report by the Springfield Police Division, a man in the 200 block of East Grand Avenue reported someone broke into his home between 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5 and 11 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6. A television, a computer, a stereo system and a Wii video game system were missing.

The items were valued at $9,500.
