Police search for computer thieves

Lubbock police are searching for two couples who stole desktop computers from Wal-Mart last month.
Surveillance video captured images of two male and female couples putting boxed desktop computers in shopping carts, pushing the carts out of the store in the 6300 block of 82nd St. without paying for them, according to a Lubbock police news release. The image was captured about 6:15 p.m. on July 31.
The suspects are described as:
A Hispanic female with a medium build and black hair with a tattoo on her upper right arm. She was wearing a black sleeveless shirt, jeans and was carrying a large, multi-colored purse.
A Hispanic female with a heavy build and black hair wearing a grey T-shirt and jeans.
A Hispanic male with a medium build, black hair and a goatee, wearing a light-colored shirt and pants.
A Hispanic male with a slender build, short black hair and a mustache, wearing a black ball cap and striped short-sleeve shirt.
The suspects were last seen in a grey colored older model Cadillac.
Police urge anyone with information about the theft call Crime Line at 741-1000. Callers may remain anonymous.
