TVs, computers taken from home

Burglars stole $4,100 worth of property from a home in the 200 block of Featherwood Hollow when the three residents left for an hour Wednesday afternoon, Athens-Clarke police said. Thieves took two television sets, including a plasma TV mounted to a wall, a video game system and games, a BB gun, two laptops and a handgun between 4 and 5 p.m., police said. Officers found no sign of forced entry, police said.
