Burglary/arrest A man, 20, was arrested Thursday afternoon and police were seeking another male after the two broke into a house in the 5000 block of Franklin Ave. between noon and 1 p.m. the same day and stole three laptop computers, all valued at $3,000. The intruders were observed in the house by the occupant, who called police. None of the computers were recovered and charges against the man arrested were pending an investigation.
