A computer was stolen from a Lynwood School classroom over the weekend, continuing a rash of computer thefts at Novato schools.

The iMac computer was a few years old and worth an estimated $700, Novato police said Sunday.

In late July, 20 iMacs worth about $20,000 were stolen from the Lynwood computer lab. A week later, 11 computers and five video cameras were stolen from Lu Sutton School about two miles from Lynwood.
