Reds general manager Nigel Richards said the break-in at their Stebonheath base was a massive blow, with fears over the bank details held on the laptops.
"All our details are on the computers, from the first team down to the under-eights," he said.
"The social club information and all the accounts are on them.
"There are the banking details of all the staff."
Reds players also face a delay in getting their wages as a result of the burglary, which happened sometime between 6.15pm on Sunday, September 28 and 9.15am on Monday, September 29.
The laptops are believed to have been carried off in a black and grey Cougar match ball bag with a red stripe.Anyone who has any information relating to this incident are asked to contact Llanelli police station on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
