Gaston County school loses $3,800 in computers, electronics to theft

Someone broke out a rear window of a mobile classroom at Forest Heights Elementary School and stole $3,800 worth of laptop computers and electronics from the school, according to a Gastonia Police incident report.
The incident occurred sometime between 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the school located at 2500 Sedgefield Drive.
A school employee reported that four Dell laptop computers worth $760 each were missing and a Sharp projector worth $800.
