DeKalb Church Burglarized a Second Time

A church in DeKalb County has been hit twice by thieves in just two weeks. The most recent break-in happened late Tuesday night. Leaders at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Cross said the thieves took everything from computers, to a crib from the nursery.

The church's secretary discovered the burglary Wednesday morning.

According to church leaders, thieves smashed through glass doors at the church and stole electronic equipment, rummaged through the nursery and used a crib to haul the stolen items out of the church. Church leaders said an office chair was used the same way.

Church leaders said another burglary happened at the church about two weeks before and stole a TV and VCR.
