Burglary:
A residential apartment on Clinton Street between Sackett and Union streets was burgled on Thursday, Feb. 10 between 1:45 and 3:15 p.m. Thousands of dollars worth of computers and video equipment was stolen, including two MacBook laptops worth $1,500 and $2,500, a video camera worth $1,000, a 35 MM camera worth $2,500, an iPod wirth $120 and a gold brooch worth $500.
The victim is a 47-year-old male. The crook(s) entered the apartment through the rear window, and there was no forced entry or damage. The fire escape, and adjoining rooftops, are being considered as a possible route of entry, cops said. A canvass of the neighborhood was conducted; no arrests have been made.
