Laptops Stolen From Local Charter School

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A police report reveals what was stolen during a burglary at a Columbus charter school.
The Charles School, 1270 Brentnell Ave., confirmed Friday that there was a break-in at the campus.
The break-in happened shortly before 4:30 a.m. on Friday.
According to a police report, 29 white Macbooks and a computer storage cart were taken.
The total value of the missing property was estimated to be more than $30,000.
Surveillance video was turned over to Columbus police.
The school said classes were in session Friday and its focus is on ensuring students have the opportunity to receive education in a safe environment.
