Burglars steal computers and jewellery from pub flat

BURGLARS stole two computers and jewellery after breaking into a flat above a pub.

Between 7.30pm and midnight on Saturday, February 12, a Playstation games console, a Sony laptop, jewellery and cash was stolen from the flat above Woodcutters pub in Bere Road, Crown Wood.

PC Mark Ginn, investigating officer, said: "This burglary took place on a busy Saturday night and I am appealing to anyone who was a customer at the pub, or who was in the area at the time and may have seen someone behaving suspiciously, to come forward and assist with our investigation."
