At about 10 a.m. Thursday, officers from North Vernon Police Department responded to Perry’s Pool Shop to investigate reports of a burglary that occurred overnight at the business.
The business owner reported computer equipment, a trash can and a cash register drawer missing.
A business next door also reported a trash can stolen.
With the public’s help, NVPD investigators turned their attention to a home at 103 E. O&M Ave., the home of 26-year-old Eric Richardson.
2 N.V. men face theft charges
