MUSCAT — The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested four Asians on charges of theft and vandalism in computer shops in Ruwi. Ruwi Police Station received a tip-off stating that unknown persons stole and vandalised electronics shops. The criminal investigation department arrested four suspects who confessed to the charges after being faced with evidence of their involvement in the crime.
The suspects admitted having stolen 80 laptops and other items from the electronics shops in Ruwi. During the process, the ROP arrested 12 more intruders who were living in the same house along with the thieves. — ONA
