CRIME STOPPERS ALERT: Man steals computer worth more than $300,000 from engineering firm in Tulsa

TULSA - Workers at a business in midtown are feeling strong emotions these days.

"Anger, devastation," said one worker, who doesn't want to be identified.

That anger is directed towards the man who walked into their office in April and stole one of their computers.
It's not just any computer. It was a high-end computer loaded with specialized software worth more than $300,000.

"I don't have any indication that he knew what the computer was," said the employee. "Probably just thought he was picking up a computer."

Employees at the engineering firm want all their identities concealed.

But the thief's identity is for all to see.

His face was caught on tape by the building's surveillance cameras.
"He was tipped off that the computer was there, based on how long he was in the building," said the employee.

The robber took an elevator up from the parking garage, then walked right towards a FedEx box. Employees were trying to ship the computer to one of their clients. But since it wouldn't fit inside, it was placed on the floor next to it, making it an easy target for the thief.

"We're hoping that anybody who sees this video may recognize him, may be able to call into Crime Stoppers and give us more information about this crime," said Jill Roberson with Tulsa Police Crime Stoppers.

A surveillance camera outside also caught him driving away in what appears to be a 2005 or 2006 Buick Lacrosse.
Phone readers should go to http://bit.ly/300kcomputer to see more images of the man and the car captured on surveillance video.

The engineering firm rebuilt the computer, now they need your help to catch the man who stole the first one.

If you have any information or tip that could help police, contact Crimestoppers (http://bit.ly/TulsaCrimeStoppers) at 918-596-COPS. You do not have to give your name.
Tips that lead to an arrest could result in a reward of up to $1,500.

If it clashes or blends in with your accessory, then yes.
So now, you not only found a place to hang your necklaces, but you also found a place to hang your
