• A 23-year-old Huntertown, Ind. woman reported a burglary and theft that occurred at Econo Lodge, 2222 W. 6th St. According to a Lawrence police report, items reported stolen were a HP Pavillion laptop computer and computer bag, a passport, clothes and jewelry. The total estimated loss is $1,610. The crime occurred between 8:35 p.m. and 10:35 p.m. Thursday.

• A 22-year-old Lawrence man reported a burglary and theft to Lawrence Police on Wednesday. Items reported stolen include a Gateway laptop, iPod Nano and Sony head phones. The total estimated loss is $1,335. The crime occurred between 10:30 and 11:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Tennessee Street.
