Keys to several properties with address list stolen in office burglary; thief leaves tools behind

FLINT, Michigan — The keys to several properties were among items stolen in an office burglary over the weekend, according to a police report.

A woman told police she stopped at her office on Sunday morning and saw a rear steel door pried open with a lock removed at the building on N. Ballenger Highway near Beecher Road.

Several offices inside were ransacked, according to the report.

Among the items stolen from inside were keys to several properties with an address list.

Also missing was a Dell desktop computer with monitor and external hard drive, a 42-inch TV and a VCR.

Police found near the rear door a tire iron and a Black & Decker drill believed to have been used by the burglar.

There were no suspects or witnesses, according to the report.
