Reward Offered For Information Regarding Downtown Theft

Officers say the suspect entered the business through a side door, took a MacBook and left.

 

Anyone with information regarding the suspect's identity is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.

COLUMBUS, Ohio -

Central Ohio Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect in a theft from the downtown Columbus area on January 15.

According to police, an unknown male suspect entered a local business through a lower level door that had been propped open for maintenance personnel at about 6 p.m.

Once inside the building, the suspect allegedly picked up an Apple MacBook and walked out, according to police.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for any information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person responsible for the crime.
